Refund Policy

At Darkened Brush, each artwork is made to order with care and intention. As such, all sales are final and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order is placed.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at shop[at]darkenedbrush.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • A clear photo of the damage (print and packaging)

  • Your order number and shipping name

We will review your case and, if eligible, offer a replacement or refund for the affected item.

 

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, we will assist you in locating it by working with the shipping provider. Please note that we do not offer automatic replacements for lost packages.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our process, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for:

  • Made-to-order prints

  • Framed artwork (if applicable)

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Digital downloads (if offered in the future)

 

Color Disclaimer

Subtle variations in tone, color, or texture may occur due to monitor settings or the natural characteristics of fine art paper. These are not considered defects.
