1. Overview

Darkened Brush is a curated art gallery project offering prints and select framed works. By engaging with our website or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and related policies.

We may revise or amend these Terms at our discretion. Any such changes are effective immediately upon posting.

2. Artistic Disclaimer

All artworks offered through Darkened Brush are original digital works created through a combination of artistic direction, photographic elements, digital processes, and advanced generative tools. Each piece is composed with deliberate intention and narrative structure, using evolving methods of image-making.

3. Intellectual Property

All works, images, descriptions, and content on this site are the property of Darkened Brush. Purchasing a print grants you ownership of that specific physical or digital copy for personal display only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, or resell any artwork or content without prior written consent. Commercial licensing is not included unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

4. Purchases & Availability

All items listed on Darkened Brush are subject to availability. Certain works may be archived, retired, or offered in limited numbers at the discretion of the curator.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears to be intended for resale or unauthorized distribution.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD ($) by default. Local currency conversions may be available for convenience, but the final charge is processed in USD.

Payment is required at checkout. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

6. Shipping

Darkened Brush offers both domestic and international shipping for physical works. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Please note: buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Delays caused by customs or local carriers are outside our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Darkened Brush operates on a print-on-demand basis. Each work is produced individually for your order, so we do not hold stock and cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. We also do not have a physical location to process returns.

All sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will offer either a replacement or a refund once proof is provided. Please contact us at shop@darkenedbrush.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the damage. Each case will be reviewed, and approved claims will be resolved promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

Darkened Brush shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of this website, or from any purchase made through it. This includes, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to disrupt its normal function. You may not copy, scrape, crawl, or reproduce any portion of the site or its content without written consent from Darkened Brush.
