Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free within the United States and Canada.
For UK/international orders, free shipping is offered on purchases over $100 USD.
How does sizing work for prints and frames?
Frame sizes refer to the outer frame dimension. Matted frames include a removable white mat, which reduces the visible artwork area. A full size guide is available on our Sizing page.
Are frames available for all prints?
Yes, all artworks can be ordered framed or unframed, except for the 20×25 and 24×30 sizes, which are currently available as prints only.
Frames for these larger formats may be introduced in the future.
When will my order arrive?
All prints are made to order. Production takes 1–3 business days, followed by shipping:
- United States: 2–3 business days
- Canada: 3–5 business days
- UK/International: 5–8 business days
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each print is produced on demand, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, we will issue a replacement or refund once proof is provided.
What kind of paper and frames do you use?
Prints are made on archival matte fine art paper (230 GSM) for sharp detail and lasting quality. Frames are crafted from solid oak with real glass (1–2 mm) and are available matted or non-matted.
